A complete grooming experience from start to finish. This includes a warm bath, gentle blow-dry, haircut of your choice, and a full nail trim. Your pup leaves looking fresh, clean, and exactly the way you like.

Mini-Groom

Perfect for quick cleanups or special occasions. Our mini-groom gives your dog a light trim around the face, feet, and sanitary areas, plus a refreshing bath and blow-dry. Ideal for keeping your pup tidy between full grooms.

Bath & De-Shed

Great for double-coated and heavy-shedding breeds. This service includes a deep bath, coat conditioning, and de-shed treatment to reduce loose hair and keep your dog feeling comfortable season after season.

Do you accept all new clients?

Not always. Completing an application does not guarantee an appointment. We carefully select new clients based on availability, your pet’s needs, and how well they align with our calm, low-stress grooming environment. Our goal is to build long-term relationships and provide consistent, positive experiences for your pet.

Why do you require pre-booking for every client?

Pre-booking ensures your dog maintains a steady grooming routine, which reduces stress, prevents matting, and helps us keep their experience positive. Active clients must pre-book their next appointment at checkout to remain on the schedule.

How do I know which grooming schedule is right for my dog?

We offer multiple maintenance schedules based on coat type and grooming needs—ranging from 4–10 weeks. If you’re unsure, you can select the option to discuss it with a groomer. We’ll guide you based on your dog’s coat, lifestyle, and tolerance for grooming.

What information do you need about my pet before booking?

We ask for details such as breed, age, coat type, weight, grooming history, behavioral notes, health concerns, and whether your pet has been professionally groomed before. This helps us provide the safest and most appropriate care.

Do you groom dogs with behavioral or health challenges?

Yes. On a case-by-case basis. If your dog has anxiety, requires senior care, behavioral support, or is recovering from a negative grooming experience, please let us know in the application. We tailor our approach, but may schedule differently for pets needing extra time or space.

Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?

No, but unaltered pets will be kept separate from the general population for safety. This may slightly change how your appointment is managed.

Does my dog need to be social to be groomed?

Not necessarily. You’ll be able to indicate whether your dog does well in social environments, needs space, or must be kept separate. We will accommodate their comfort level.

What vaccinations are required?

Dogs must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations. Additional core vaccines are strongly recommended for your pet’s safety.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Most appointments take 2–4 hours, depending on your dog’s coat, behavior, and the service chosen. We keep the pace calm and low-stress, so times may vary.

Do you offer daycare if my dog needs to stay longer?

Yes. If your dog needs to stay beyond the typical 4-hour grooming window, we offer daycare until 5 PM. You can select this option on the application.

What is your cancellation policy?

We send reminder texts and emails before each appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may incur a fee. This helps us preserve availability for all clients and maintain a reliable schedule.
